Q: Summer Break is upon us! What would be the perfect vacation spot for you to catch up on your reading & relax?
A: I think that the perfect vacation spot for me to catch up on my reading (I literally have about 100 galleys to R&R!) would probably be a National Park. The one I really would like to go to this summer (I live in Michigan) is not technically a Park, but it's a National Lakeshore, The Sleeping Bear Dunes. I've never been there and it's so beautiful that it would definitely relax me enough to read my way through about a million books! :)
Sweetness!! Beautiful spot!!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful spot! I live in the Chicago area so I've been to the Warren Dunes several times. Not exactly close to the dunes you are talking about but I love taking a weekend trip out that way during the summer.

Oh, one of my most favorite places is the shores of Lake Superior on the UP of Michigan. LOTS of fond memories spending summers there with my friends. And lazing around in the woods reading was loads of fun!

ReplyDeletethat picture is great! I want to go! enjoy vacationing and reading! i hope you have a wonderful weekend!
As long as I'm somewhere comfortable I don't really notice my surroundings. However, a beautiful backdrop is always a nice addition to a holiday. My favourite backdrop is the sound of cicadas in the background.
ReplyDeleteThanks for following. I'm following you back x
It certainly looks beautiful but also hot! I'd die :P
